Service Cancellation & Refunds Policy
You may request to cancel a digital marketing service within 30 days of purchase. Any refund will depend on the work already completed and any costs incurred on your behalf.
To cancel, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date or before the service is completed, whichever comes first.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days of our approval. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees from us for the refund. Any third-party fees or advertising costs already incurred on your behalf are not refundable.

Services or costs that were clearly identified as non-refundable before purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for services that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Promotional Offers:
If a service was purchased as part of a promotional offer, any refund will be calculated based on the amount paid and the portion of the service already delivered. Promotional discounts and bonuses may not be refundable or transferable.
If another person purchased the service for you, any approved refund will be sent to the original payment method or the person who placed the order.
